Our services
Do you hire many temporary workers, from different companies and at different times? Do you have all the required documents for your (inter)national temporary workers? And do all of your providers still meet all the demands? With Check4Balance document management, we keep the administration of your temporary workers in order for you. And you keep the overview. That way, you minimise the risks of hirers’ liability or fines.
With a sophisticated tool, we handle your document management from A to Z. We keep track of which companies you hire temporary workers from and check whether the company meets all the set demands. Is the employment agency e.g. Waadi registered and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, does the company have a Safety, Health and Environment Checklist for Employment Agencies, what is their name and address information, do they have a statement of payment history from the Dutch Tax Authority and do they pay following the current CLA? We check and catalogue all of this information for you. That way, you minimise the risks. Because if your temporary workers e.g. unexpectedly receive no salary or an insufficient salary, you are also responsible as the hirer. In addition, we ask all of your temporary workers for the required documents and information, such as name and address details, citizen service number, timesheet and the like.
In addition to your provider, you are also responsible for correct administration. The Dutch Tax Authority can also impose fines on you as a hirer. Check4Balance ensures that you have the prescribed documents for your hired temporary workers, minimising this risk for your organisation.
With our periodical overviews, you are given insight into your providers and see which documents you still need to receive. Of course, at that point we will have requested those documents several times. If despite that, your providers still neglect to supply those documents, you can potentially make different decisions and take follow-up actions based on our overviews.
